Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the current public Miqayel web app and its AI, file, browser, coding, search, scheduling, and connected-service features.

Using Miqayel
You may use Miqayel only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the instructions, content, files, accounts, and credentials you choose to use with the service, and for reviewing actions before they affect another service or person.
Independent service
Miqayel is independent from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Cloudflare, Firebase, Composio, and other model, platform, or infrastructure providers. References to provider names identify compatibility or the provider used for a feature; they do not claim ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or an official partnership.
AI output and automated tools
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Verify important medical, legal, financial, safety, factual, and technical information with an appropriate source or professional. Review code and tool actions before running or approving them. Miqayel does not guarantee that an AI model, browser task, code task, search result, schedule, or connected-app action will be available or error-free.
Connected services and provider charges
A connected account remains governed by that provider's terms. You authorize only the access shown in the provider's consent flow. You are responsible for fees charged independently by an AI, search, cloud, app, network, or other provider, including charges associated with credentials or API keys you supply. Miqayel's current public website does not refund a charge collected by another provider.
Acceptable use
You must not use Miqayel to violate law or another person's rights; gain unauthorized access; distribute malware; evade service safeguards; impersonate another person or organization; deceive people about affiliation; send abusive or unsolicited communications; or upload content and voices you do not have permission to use.
Your content
You retain rights you already hold in content you provide. You grant Miqayel permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the features you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content.
Service changes and availability
Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or removed. Third-party availability, quotas, regional limits, provider policies, browser permissions, and network conditions can affect the service. Access may be limited to protect users, connected services, or Miqayel from abuse or security risk.
Current payment status
There is currently no live Miqayel checkout on this website. If Miqayel later offers paid purchases, the checkout will disclose the seller, currency, total price, billing period, renewal and cancellation rules, taxes or fees, delivery, and applicable refund terms before payment is accepted. These public terms and related policies will be updated before that checkout is offered.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The current service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Miqayel does not make warranties about uninterrupted access or the accuracy of generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
